The pandemic generated by COVID-19 triggered a health crisis unprecedented in history. The consequences of this crisis for the general population were diverse, highlighting a pronounced mental illness, aggravated by stressors introduced by the pandemic, such as fear of infection by the new virus, stigma of the pathology, financial losses, social isolation and drastic changes in routine labor. In this context, it is known that regular physical exercise and good sleep quality are essential for a better quality of life. The objective established was to analyze how the level of physical activity and the quality of sleep influence the perception of the quality of life of adults in the Covid-19. Methodology: The sample was found by 187 residents in the northern cities of Bocaiuva and Montes Claros, randomly selected, aged 18 years or over. Participants have access to an online questionnaire, through the Google Forms System which contained 4 parts, identification questions, the IPAQ, the Pittsburgh questionnaire and the questions extracted from the WHOQOL-100 questionnaire, which respectively investigated the level of activity physical, sleep quality and the perception of quality of life, being answered individually, remotely. Subsequently, the data referred to the fully answered questionnaires were broken down into tables in the SPSS version 23 program. It is concluded that there was an important association between regular physical exercise and better sleep quality. Furthermore, these two factors positively influence the perception of the quality of life of the requirements.
