This integrative review seeks to analyze the impact of non-pharmacological interventions on the progression of Alzheimer's Disease (AD), focusing on strategies such as cognitive stimulation, physical exercise, diet and alternative therapies (music therapy, mindfulness). Through the review of published scientific articles, the effectiveness of these approaches, the underlying biological mechanisms and the implications for patients' quality of life were addressed. The results show that, although non-pharmacological interventions show positive results, there is a need for more robust and long-term studies for a more conclusive analysis.
