The text is based on a critical analysis of the lecture "The Question Concerning Technique" (Die Frage nach der Technik), delivered by Martin Heidegger in 1953. The German philosopher investigates the true essence of modern technology, going far beyond a merely practical or neutral view of machines. Heidegger addresses various aspects of technology as a means of transforming nature, examining the specificities of causality and the concepts of unconcealment and *Gestell* (enframing).
